Our 1894 Queen Anne Victorian features beautiful Eastlake fireplaces, original chestnut woodwork and three unique guest bedchambers, all with newly renovated private baths. Enjoy a delicious homemade three-course breakfast each morning featuring local seasonal produce.
Since 2011, we have been renovating the 1894 Queen Anne Victorian to provide elegant and comfortable accommodations for our traveling guests exploring the beautiful Genesee Valley. We look forward to sharing our home's history as well as our love of the Victorian era. Return to the romance of yesteryear and create your own special moments that will take your breath away!

Guests are welcome to enjoy the elegant living room featuring period antiques or the Victorian parlor sitting in front of the original fireplace. Afternoon tea will be served daily along with special treats.
The front entrance hallway is also a lovely sitting area to relax with a cup of tea and a book in front of the gas fireplace.
Every morning our guests will enjoy a full three-course candlelight breakfast in the elegant Victorian Dining Room at 9:00 a.m. You can start your day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or hot tea served in your choice of Victorian teapots along with a selection of fresh juices.
Enjoy the seasonal fresh fruit dish followed by an assortment of homemade jams and butters to top the freshly baked scones, muffins, biscuits or sweet breads.
Our entrée course is a sweet or savory delight that will surely please your taste buds. Locally sourced produce is highlighted in our recipes including farm fresh eggs, homemade bread, as well as, fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs from our own gardens. Finally, you will enjoy dessert for breakfast, a sweet or fruity indulgence to tantalize your sweet tooth.
