Volunteers will be provided with a t-shirt (while supplies last!) and heavy duty garbage bags and will then select a section of trail to clean. Family members or friends are encouraged to request working as pairs when registering. A volunteer or teams of volunteers may elect to paint more than one gate and to also paint on Sunday or the following week, depending on the weather. Please bring gloves, insect repellent, water, and snacks. This project is appropriate for ages 13+. **Part 2:** Tools and unused paint will be returned after completion of the project and arrangements for the return will be made with volunteers prior to May 6th. All ages welcome! Please bring work gloves, full foot covering shoes, insect repellent, sunscreen, flat and spade nosed shovels, yard rakes, tarps, and pruning shears/nippers. A light lunch will be provided by the Friends of Letchworth at 12:00 p.m. for volunteers followed by a short nature hike. **Details:** The meeting location for all projects is the North Highbanks Recreation Center near the swimming pool (42.727628, -77.918606).
